Our menu, designed by Head Chef Ross Mangan, takes a traditional format; cicchetti, antipasti, primi, secondi and dolci but is also hugely influenced by the seasonal produce arriving from the amazing producers and growers that we work closely with. Robin's years spent working on the Amalfi coast learning about a seasonal approach has shaped our family of restaurants and therefore, at Sorella, we hone in on all that we love about the Italian attitude to cooking and eating. Our fresh pasta and focaccia are made in-house each day. Our bar focuses on the glorious tradition of aperitivo and twists on classics with seasonal bellinis, americanos and Vault Vermouth negronis on tap. .
