Our own Dan Joines is currently celebrating the wholesale launch of his Vault Vermouth which he has been tirelessly developing over the past few years – it’s safe to say, we are big fans! Our team of chefs at Sorella have also been putting some serious hours into their salumi and charcuterie programme. To celebrate these craftsmen along with our love of aperitivo, we are holding an exclusive House-Made evening at Sorella on at 7pm on Sunday the 20th October.
